On December 11th, all students and teachers from Shuren Middle School and High School went on a trip to the Military Museum of Chinese People’s Revolution and the China Millennium Monument.
First thing in the morning, they visited the Military Museum, where everyone learned the history of the revolution and the bravery of Chinese soldiers through seeing pictures, paintings, videos, real war equipment and weapon models. Later in the afternoon, they went to the China Millennium Monument. This Monument is a sundial-shape landmark, 6.5 km away from the Tian Anmen Square. Under the “Sundial”, there’s the Beijing International Art Gallery. Students enjoyed themselves by seeing so many international art pieces and learned new knowledge about art and world culture. Overall, it was a great day. We want to thank everyone involved in organizing this productive day!
