  在当今社会,小学生的心理健康越来越受到重视。树人学校小学部积极响应这一趋势,创新性地开展了情绪卡牌教育活动,通过有趣的游戏和互动,引导学生们深入了解情绪知识,感受内心世界的丰富与多样,从而在分享与交流中打开心扉,提升情绪认知能力,为心理健康打下坚实基础。







  In today's society, the mental health of primary school students is receiving increasing attention. In response to this trend, the Primary School Division of Shuren School has innovatively launched an emotional card educational activity. Through engaging games and interactions, it guides students to deeply understand emotional knowledge and experience the richness and diversity of their inner worlds. Consequently, in the process of sharing and communicating, students open up their hearts, enhance their emotional cognition abilities, and lay a solid foundation for their mental health.








  情绪卡牌是一种设计精巧的教育道具,每张卡片上绘制着不同的表情和图案,代表着人类丰富的情绪体验,如快乐、悲伤、愤怒、惊讶、恐惧等。这些卡牌不仅色彩鲜艳、形象生动,而且易于理解,非常适合小学生使用。

  Emotional cards are a cleverly designed educational tool, with each card featuring different expressions and patterns that represent the rich emotional experiences of humans, such as happiness, sadness, anger, surprise, fear, and more. These cards are not only brightly colored and vividly depicted, but also easy to understand, making them highly suitable for use by primary school students.







双重表达,深度共鸣


  在老师们的指导下,学生们被分成若干小组,每组领取了一套情绪卡牌。游戏开始,学生们轮流抽取一张卡牌,并根据卡牌上的情绪进行表演或描述。其他成员则根据表演或描述猜测所代表的情绪,并分享自己对这种情绪的理解和感受。









  学生们拿起画笔,用色彩和线条描绘出内心的世界,将那些难以言说的情绪转化为可视化的艺术作品。完成绘画后,学生们展示自己的作品,并分享创作背后的故事和感受。他们讲述着自己在创作过程中的心路历程,以及画作所表达的情绪和寓意。其他同学则认真聆听,用心感受每一幅画作背后的情感波动。

  Under the guidance of their teachers, the students were divided into several groups, with each group receiving a set of emotional cards. As the game began, students took turns drawing a card and either acting out or describing the emotion depicted on it. The other members then guessed the emotion based on the performance or description, and shared their own understanding and feelings about that emotion.


  The students picked up their paintbrushes, using colors and lines to depict their inner worlds, transforming those hard-to-express emotions into visual artworks. After completing their paintings, the students presented their works and shared the stories and feelings behind their creations. They recounted their emotional journeys during the creative process, as well as the emotions and meanings conveyed through their paintings. The other students listened attentively, deeply feeling the emotional fluctuations behind each artwork.





心理健康的全方位呵护


  游戏结束后,学生们上台讲述自己在游戏中的体验和感悟,以及在日常生活中遇到类似情绪时的应对策略。在分享中,学生们学会了倾听和理解他人的情绪,也勇敢地表达了自己的内心世界。

  After the game ended, the students took to the stage to share their experiences and insights from the game, as well as their strategies for dealing with similar emotions encountered in daily life. Through their sharing, the students learned to listen to and understand the emotions of others, while also bravely expressing their own inner worlds.







共绘心灵画卷,助力健康成长


  这种开放和包容的氛围让学生们感受到了集体的温暖和支持,增强了他们的归属感和自信心。同时,通过分享和交流,学生们逐渐认识到情绪是每个人生活中不可或缺的一部分,学会管理情绪、表达情绪是成长过程中的重要课题。

    This open and inclusive atmosphere made the students feel the warmth and support of the collective, enhancing their sense of belonging and self-confidence. At the same time, through sharing and communication, the students gradually recognized that emotions are an indispensable part of everyone's life, and learning to manage and express emotions is an important topic in the process of growth.

    The emotional card educational activity launched by the Primary School Division of Shuren School not only provided a platform for students to understand emotions and feel their inner worlds but also injected new vitality into their mental health. Through this activity, students learned to face their emotions, bravely express their inner feelings, and enhance their emotional cognition and self-regulation abilities. This not only enriched the students' campus life but also provided strong support for their mental health development.
